 Motivation is something from which we try to bringup our capabilities , We try to be best version of us. It's an fiery emotion . It acts as Transistion from a amateur to a master , From zero to hero but it depends on how we take it .  Blind motivation sacks us. Blind motivation is a type of motivation , Where work is done but not in a appropriate way . It's like watering plants in rain , work is done but No result . Most of the people Experience Temporary motivation , which is common with everyone . It's like rising Mercury in thermometer , Raises up & falls sudden .  Upsc recurits candidates for All india civil services ,which is said to one of the prestigious Services . Civil services being Top most service in the country becomes Herculean task  Lakhs of aspirants aproach for this exam &  only few people get into the service . The success rate is almost 0.01 % . As few hundred candidates are selected every year among the lakhs , it is challenging for UPSC board in selecting the best candidates .           Upsc board must shift it pattern of selection from age old approach i.e " Merit based approach " . It must formulate a approach which is suitable the present era . Socrates says " Knowledge is virtue " - This is the core idea of merit/knowledge  based system . There should be shift in this pattern . Just selecting the candidates based on knowledge is awful .
