A true leader

A true leader is the one who leads his team from the front, not only in happy times but also in the adversity. He is the one who cares about all and treats them equal. He will never give up anything and has capability to face the debacles. If he fails, he will rise again and ll try until he get success.
                  He is an optimist .He does'nt like the proudness but he likes the  simplicity. He can be a hero even though he starts with zero . Hardwork ,dedication,passion, postive thinking kindness,patience are the weapons of a true leader.He will never inspire from anyone because he inspires himself.every one should inspire from a true leader .lord Rama in the Ramayana ,Sri Krishna in the Mahabharat,chatrapathshivaji ,Dhronacharya..etc we have many true leaders .we should have these qualities to lead a better way of life.
                  True leaders are very rare in this generation .This is the generation where one does'nt have time to think about himself but he has more time to waste on unnecessary things. There is no honesty in this world . Everything is selfish .Money is ruling the world .Every one  dead inside but alive outside .everyone running behind the time and the money .Relations starts with money ,everyone will share the happy times but no one will be in tough times . laziness is one of the main diseases.This is just insane .
               Everyone should be a true leader in one's life.we should have these qualities to lead a better life .I reiterate again that araise. and awake be a true leader in your life .Be an inspiration ,be the change
